Responsibilities
Manage a complex, global assessment and courseware development project
Oversee the full lifecycle of assessment and item-writing development
Coordinate item writers and reviewers
Ensure alignment with blueprint requirements
Manage schedules and editorial workflows
Track quality and difficulty levels
Resolve issues throughout development
Facilitate communication across internal teams and external vendors
Commission and manage item-writing partners
Monitor risks
Ensure that all deliverables meet psychometric and content standards
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English
Strong background in ELL/ELT or STEM courseware development
Hands-on experience managing assessment or item-writing projects in English and STEM subjects
Familiarity with tools and systems commonly used in large education organizations
Ability to manage a complex, global assessment and courseware development project
Organized project manager who can keep item production and review cycles running smoothly
Oversee the full lifecycle of assessment and item-writing development
Coordinate item writers and reviewers
Ensure alignment with blueprint requirements
Manage schedules and editorial workflows
Track quality and difficulty levels
