Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional customer service that drives client satisfaction, retention, and trust
Diagnoses, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks
Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use
Manage a multi‑zip‑code territory within 4 hours of Billings, MT, with up to 80% driving time
Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment always

Qualification

Troubleshooting hardware issuesTroubleshooting software issuesRepairing mechanical componentsElectro-mechanical equipmentWindowsCustomer serviceIndependent problem-solvingUse of hand toolsUse of power tools

Required

enjoy working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components
comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field
motivated by the opportunity to earn additional income through service and parts sales
can lift 55+ lbs and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods
have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Preferred

familiar with Windows, PCs, and basic networking
experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment
