Responsibilities

Act as the primary representative responsible for the administrative and technical management of assigned projects
Oversee contract administration, document control, procurement, submittals, change management, and project scheduling
Collaborate closely with estimating and preconstruction teams during preconstruction and contract negotiation
Lead development and maintenance of master project schedules and quality control plans
Identify critical milestones, risks, and cost impacts throughout the project lifecycle
Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting
Ensure safety is fully integrated into project planning and execution
Support and administer GMP and lump sum contract structures
Prepare and negotiate owner and subcontractor change orders
Generate monthly owner billings and financial documentation
Review subcontractor and vendor qualifications, including financial capability, prior to mobilization
Confirm fulfillment of all contractual requirements before subcontractor or vendor start
Oversee project assets, materials, and resources
Conduct weekly and monthly job cost reviews and financial performance analysis
Develop short-term look-ahead schedules to support field operations
Enforce project-level quality control standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
At least 2 years of experience working for a commercial electrical contractor
Proficiency with industry-standard project management and scheduling software
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality management, and construction documentation
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and contract documents
