Responsibilities
Lead retirement planning conversations and guide prospects from "unsure" to "confident" with a written plan
Convert warm opportunities into clients through a consultative, values-based close
Implement holistic solutions across fee-based investments, fixed indexed annuities, and life insurance (based on fit)
Follow a proven step-by-step process to deliver a consistent, high-trust client experience
Partner with service + operations to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention
Raise the bar: bring ideas, coachability, and leadership energy to help refine the advisor playbook
Qualification
Required
Active Life & Health insurance license
Active Series 65 or 66
Proven sales results in retirement planning / wealth management conversations
Strong communication skills with clients typically 50–75
Coachable, process-driven, and comfortable being held to clear standards
