Qualification
Required
Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and foster client relationships
Possession of a valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one promptly
Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
Strong Sales skills to effectively negotiate and close deals
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in technology, including CRM platforms, and the ability to adopt new tools as needed
Driven, detail-oriented, and motivated professionals are highly desirable
Preferred
Familiarity with Greater Boston neighborhoods is a plus
