Possess experience performing business cases/requirements analysis, use case development
Be self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Communicate and define clearly the requirements to other analysts, the development team, and demonstrate product functionality to all stakeholders
Lead the requirements of sessions to capture the correct and clear requirements
Work within agile frameworks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field
Certified Scrum Master Certification is required
Experience performing business cases/requirements analysis, use case development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate and define clearly the requirements to other analysts, the development team, and demonstrate product functionality to all stakeholders
Experience leading requirements sessions to capture the correct and clear requirements
Experience working within agile frameworks
Preferred
5 years of experience in Medicare claims appeals programs
10 years of experience in requirement facilitation, storyboarding, functional specification development, and use case diagramming
