New Grad, Entry LevelDutech Systems is seeking a temporary Data Entry Operator to support the entry of approximately 7,500 Nutrition Satisfaction Surveys. The role involves accurately entering survey responses from scanned PDFs into a secure, web-based online form while maintaining data quality and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Accurately enter survey responses from PDF scans into an online data entry form
Identify and enter data from two survey versions, with between 24-26 fields per survey
Follow defined data entry rules (e.g., handling blanks, “other/specify” responses, and skip patterns)
Perform routine quality checks (self-review and/or supervisor-directed spot checks) and correct errors promptly
Flag unreadable or ambiguous items for resolution by AGE
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all AGE data security requirements

Required
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive work
Proficiency with computers, including navigating PDFs and entering information into web-based forms
Demonstrated ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining data quality
Prior experience with high-volume data entry from scanned documents (PDFs)
Experience using online form platforms and working with structured survey instruments
