Outside B2B Sales, Account Executive
Franssen Recruiting LLC is seeking a dynamic and driven outside sales professional to join their team. The role involves driving new account acquisition and developing business opportunities within an assigned sales territory, focusing on cultivating relationships with new clients and expanding market reach.
Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts within your territory
Develop and execute strategic plans to generate sales leads and build a pipeline
Present solutions and services to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to manage customer relationships and sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience with a focus on new account generation
Proven track record of success in developing new business within a defined sales territory
At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
Must pass a Criminal background check
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce
Preferred
BA Degree Preferred, but not required
