Kforce Inc is seeking an Implementation Consultant to serve as the hands-on technical analyst for the Paradox ATS implementation. The role involves configuring workflows, supporting data migration, and partnering with IT on integration design and testing.

Responsibilities

Implementation Consultant will serve as the hands-on technical analyst for the Paradox ATS implementation
Configure Paradox workflows, logic, job flows, and automation rules to support both corporate and frontline/high-volume hiring
Support data mapping, data validation, and data migration activities from iCIMS to Paradox
Partner with IT and vendors on integration design, testing, and issue resolution
Execute system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support defect resolution
Document configuration decisions, workflows, and technical dependencies
As an Implementation Consultant, you will assist with environment management, release readiness, and go-live preparation
Provide post-go-live stabilization support and optimization recommendations
Act as a technical SME and escalation point during the implementation

Qualification

Paradox ATS configurationATS implementations experienceHRIS / HCM understandingIntegration design supportConsulting backgroundHigh-volume hiring experience

Required

Strong hands-on experience configuring Paradox ATS (logic, workflows, automation)
Experience working alongside Program Managers on large-scale implementations
Background supporting ATS implementations or migrations in enterprise environments
Solid understanding of HRIS / HCM ecosystems and system integrations
Ability to translate business requirements into technical system solutions

Preferred

Experience supporting integrations with Workday HCM
High-volume or frontline hiring implementation experience
Prior consulting or systems integrator background
