Founding Customer Success

The Founding Customer Success role involves building the entire customer success function from scratch, managing mid-market and enterprise accounts, and collaborating closely with the Product Manager to enhance customer experience and product offerings.

Qualification
Required
4-6 years of experience in Customer Success or a related field
Ability to manage 30+ mid-market and enterprise accounts independently
Strong communication skills to convey technical issues clearly
Experience in leading customer calls, including discovery calls and problem-solving sessions
Ability to document customer feedback and prioritize it with the Product Manager
Experience in creating playbooks and organizing knowledge resources
Ability to identify expansion opportunities based on customer usage and feedback
Technical skills or a willingness to learn new tools, including understanding API documentation and troubleshooting SSO issues
Preferred
Experience in a startup environment
Experience with proactive relationship building
Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, Engineering, and leadership
