Project Manager, Enterprise PMO (Client Implementation & Onboarding)
Frederick Fox is a fast-growing institutional FinTech and enterprise software platform, seeking a Project Manager to lead complex client onboarding and strategic implementation initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project execution and delivering high-impact outcomes for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project planning and execution for client implementations
Lead onboarding initiatives, ensuring timelines, requirements, and regulatory expectations are met
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and remove blockers
Create and maintain project documentation, requirements, and integration plans
Identify risks early and proactively course-correct when priorities shift
Serve as a key client point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle
Drive process improvements that improve scalability, efficiency, and client experience
Deliver clear project updates and executive-level reporting
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or implementation roles
Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders
Experience in enterprise software, FinTech, financial services, or regulated environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project/Visio a plus)
Authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus
