Sales Engineer

They are seeking a full-time Sales Engineer to drive business growth by providing technical expertise to support sales efforts and develop tailored solutions for clients.

Qualification
Required
Technical expertise in engineering concepts, solutions development, and problem-solving
Strong ability to present technical information and proposals effectively to clients
Experience in customer relationship management and client service
Skilled in communication, teamwork, and collaboration across cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field
Flexibility to work on-site in Brainerd, MN
Preferred
Previous experience in a sales or technical sales role is highly desirable
Experience in the manufacturing, plastic, or rubber industries is a plus
