As a Project Management intern, you will assist experienced Project Managers in managing project schedules, budgets, and reporting tools while contributing to various project planning and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

Support HQPM staff with project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking activities

Help prepare project health reports, performance dashboards, risk register, project execution plan, cost estimate workbook, project charter, ICN, CCN, Healthy Start and Power BI visualizations for portfolio reviews

Update SAP project data (milestones, resource allocations, and cost structures)

Help monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics

Analyze funding of Management and Contingency reserves among the Projects (over $1M) of AOMS sub-segments and report out on monthly basis

Contribute to document control, procedure compliance, and internal audit readiness
