Qualification
Required
Strong background in Process Engineering, with experience in injection molding processes
Proficient in Analytical Skills and Signal Processing for problem-solving and data interpretation
Experience with Research and Development (R&D) and a focus on continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge in Chemical Engineering, particularly involving materials such as high-heat nylons, santoprenes, and polypropylenes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client interactions
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Preferred
Plastic Manufacturing Engineering preferred
Previous experience in plastic manufacturing or injection molding environment is a plus
Familiarity with FSSC and IATF certification standards is desirable
