Nordic Naturals is seeking a Material Handler I to assist with warehouse transportation and materials. The primary responsibilities include loading and unloading warehouse material, receiving incoming orders, and maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Learn different tier patterns and product sizing in order to build LTL orders, learn to use material locator software

Learn to use SAP in order to assign lots and invoicing when finalizing LTL orders

Manage rack replenishment and learn backstock locations

Empty out all recycle bins and garbage containers at the end of his/her shift

Operating forklifts and rider pallet jacks

Signing Bill Of Ladings

Bulk empty pallet stacking

Restock all packing materials

Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness

Other duties as assigned

Required

Forklift certification

Six months to one year forklift experience

Basic knowledge of shipping computer software

Ability to work safely, and to recognize potential hazards in a noisy warehouse environment in which employees move about regularly in the midst of heavy equipment in motion

Ability to view all situations with a positive attitude

Ability to look beyond the standard solutions and 'think outside the box'

Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written word clearly and concisely

Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task
