5-10+ years' commercial contracts experience in the financial services industry, including experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating vendor, procurement, technology, and SaaS agreements
Prior experience collaborating with global banks to draft, review, negotiate, and finalize medium- to high-complexity contracts, using advanced technology, AI tools, and global operating models, ideal
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and exceptional research and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Active bar membership in good standing in your state of residence
