Responsibilities

Serve as Copilot SME for capabilities, use cases, and best practices
Identify integration opportunities and partner with stakeholders
Deliver training, documentation, and onboarding materials
Build and support Copilot agents; Organize adoption events
Stay current on new features
Analyze workflows and implement Copilot-driven improvements
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and performance metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor enhancements
Manage licenses and monitor usage
Track metrics, feedback, and performance for enablement strategies
Support governance and provide leadership reports
Drive adoption through communication and resistance management
Promote innovation and continuous improvement

Required

3+ years of experience in enablement, process management, business analysis, or a related field
Strong understanding of and passion for AI tools, digital productivity platforms and enterprise workflows

Proven ability to lead training sessions, create enablement content, and drive user adoption
