Responsibilities
Provide specialized insights in CSS (Customer/1) on Supplier Services and can design the technical solution in coordination IT & Business teams
Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS
Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to enhance efficiency
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security policies
Provide technical support, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements
Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer-specific business environments and service level agreements
Maintain system documentation and assist in training to the developers
Qualification
Required
Expert Knowledge: Provide specialized insights in CSS (Customer/1) on Supplier Services and can design the technical solution in coordination IT & Business teams
Application Development: Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS
Performance Optimization: Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to enhance efficiency
Data Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security policies
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements
Knowledge Maintenance: Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer-specific business environments and service level agreements
Documentation & Training: Maintain system documentation and assist in training to the developers
To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
