Sales Manager
D33P Search Group is representing a global company seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage key customer relationships across its manufacturing portfolio. This role involves executing sales strategy, developing new business opportunities, and leading day-to-day sales activities to achieve commercial results.
Responsibilities
Execute the sales strategy across assigned territories and customer segments
Drive new business development while managing and growing existing accounts
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams on go-to-market activity
Support pricing discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Account Manager
Background in manufacturing, industrial, or complex B2B sales environments
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Confident managing enterprise or strategic customer relationships
Commercially driven, organised, and results-focused
Comfortable working in a global or remote environment
