Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of online and in-person marketing events, including dinners, meetups, webinars, and industry activations
Coordinate event logistics end-to-end, including venues, vendors, schedules, materials, staffing, and on-site support
Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and attendee communications to ensure a smooth, professional experience
Contribute to community development initiatives that engage and connect mobile app marketers
Support relationship nurturing and follow-ups through clear communication and strong organization
Draft and edit marketing communications, including invitations, emails, announcements, and short-form content
Maintain the marketing calendar and help keep projects and deliverables on track
Support marketing operations, including documentation, shared folders, CRM updates, and light reporting or enrichment
Coordinate cross-functionally with sales and customer success to support field marketing and partner-facing initiatives

Qualification

Required

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and available for 3 in-office days per week
1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, community, or a related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Comfortable interacting with customers, prospects, and partners in professional settings
