Senior Sales Representative (Clinical Research)
Piper Companies is hiring a Senior Sales Representative to join a Global Clinical Research Organization. The role is critical in building relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, understanding their clinical development needs, and positioning services to support their success.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors for Phase 2–3 clinical trial services
Negotiate and close high-value contracts ranging from $50 million to $100 million+ for Phase 2–3 trial services
Lead complex deal cycles, including proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations for multi-year engagements
Build strategic relationships with decision-makers at mid-to-large pharmaceutical and biotech companies
Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of clinical trial phases, particularly Phase 2–3
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Preferred
Proven track record of closing large-scale deals ($100M+ preferred)
