This role involves supporting purchasing and procurement activities, managing purchase orders, and coordinating shipments while collaborating with various teams.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Support purchasing and procurement activities for raw materials and supplies
Manage purchase orders, supplier pricing, and order follow-ups
Coordinate domestic & international shipments, exports, tolling, and brokerage
Partner closely with production, warehouse, finance, and transportation teams
Track inventory levels, shipments, and generate purchasing reports

Qualification

Purchasing experienceInternational shipping experienceExcel skillsMS Office skillsHeavy industry backgroundOrganizational skillsDetail-oriented

Required

Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
1+ year of international shipping/export or transportation coordination experience
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

Preferred

manufacturing experience
background in steel, aluminum, or heavy industry
