Senior Technical Product Owner (Sabre)
Chestnut Hill Technologies is assisting a client in the travel and hospitality space in hiring a Senior Technical Product Owner to lead delivery and ongoing enhancement of Sabre-based travel applications and integrations. This role is responsible for owning the product roadmap and execution for key travel interfaces, partnering with various teams to deliver reliable solutions for a global user community.

Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap and delivery for Sabre travel applications, interfaces, and integrations
Lead requirements discovery with business stakeholders and translate needs into clear, actionable user stories
Manage and prioritize the backlog in Jira, supporting sprint planning and Agile execution
Partner with development teams to design functional solutions and deliver new features aligned to business priorities
Define test approach and execute end-to-end functional validation for releases and enhancements
Support user enablement through documentation, training coordination, and release communication
Provide first-line functional support for Sabre-related issues and coordinate with vendor support as needed
Serve as backup support for Sabre administration activities, including user/profile administration and Sabre Red 360 support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
15+ years of hands-on Sabre GDS experience
Strong Agile product ownership background (requirements, user stories, backlog management, release execution)
Experience across core Sabre capabilities such as PNR, air shopping, pricing, NDC, BFM, ticketing, schedule changes, Sabre Red 360, and Sabre Web Services / APIs
Preferred
Broad travel industry experience (leisure, corporate, and/or online travel)
Strong analytical skills and ability to map complex operational workflows into system-ready requirements
Proven ability to produce clear functional documentation and drive cross-team alignment
