Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and review of the monthly financial statements for UQUS
Prepare and generate operating expense analysis for actuals versus budget
Prepare posting of any recurring and adjusting entries related to the month end close process
Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Year–End account reconciliation with supporting schedules and information
Responsible for Sales Report to Landlord and percentage rent calculation
Ensure accurate coding of intercompany recharge, prepare reconciliation of intercompany balances, and answering questions from internal companies
Ensure accurate coding and timely approval of invoices, purchase orders and A/P vouchers
Assist in Audit and Tax preparation and requests
Participate in any special projects
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2+ years of experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a retail or audit environment
Preferred
Experience using SAP preferred
Experience using SAP - BPC, Coupa and Concur a plus
