Lead and Manager building expansion or new machine projects using APQP program management tools
Previous experience driving multiple projects/programs at the same time
Lead cross-functional programs from concept to completion, ensure timely delivery, budget adherence in alignment with customer requirements
Drive new product introductions, process improvements within the manufacturing environment
Lead and manage full lifecycle of programs, including new product launches, engineering changes, and cost-reduction initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of project or program management experience in a manufacturing environment
1+ year of plastics experience
ERP/MRP / APQP
