Responsibilities

Conduct warm and cold sales calls to advisors’ clients for the purpose of identifying Medicare/Ancillary product needs
Engage with your group of Advisors to build relationships and encourage more interaction with their clients
Periodic Medicare 101 client webinars to help spur interest from Advisors clients
Analyze and educate participating clients on Medicare plan options, which may include ancillary products
Create, track and manage sales follow up process for prospective client sales
Enroll and guide clients through the application process
Regularly follow up with carriers on pending applications and any outstanding issues
Monitor and track success of the program and advise on team growth potential
Stay current on compliance and product knowledge in order to make the best product recommendations for each client

Required

State Insurance License is required; Advisors Excel will pay for additional state licenses as needed
AHIP and Carrier Certifications
3 to 5 years' experience related to Medicare industry
Previous phone sales experience (cold and warm calls)
Strong understanding of various Medicare plans: Medicare supplements, Medicare Advantage, Part D and Ancillary products
Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication

Preferred

Previous experience working with carrier portals, quoting tool software's and enrollment platforms
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
