Account Executive
Established Search is looking for a Senior Sales Executive with expertise in the enterprise benefits buying journey. The role involves leading and closing complex enterprise deals across Fortune 1000 organizations and managing long-term relationships with senior Benefits Leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead and close complex enterprise deals across Fortune 1000 organisations
Build compelling value propositions in competitive, consultant-led buying processes
Manage long-term relationships with senior Benefits Leaders and C-suite stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally with enablement, consultant relations, solutions and product teams
Translate prospect and customer feedback into commercial and product insights
Deliver a high-touch, enterprise-level customer experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years selling into large enterprise accounts
Strong experience selling into HR, Benefits, People or Healthcare teams
Proven success engaging senior benefits leaders and executive stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage and influence large consulting firms
Consistent record of exceeding sales targets
Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
Salesforce experience and strong sales process discipline
Highly organised, adaptable and effective in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Employer health benefits or benefits-tech sales experience
Confidence navigating ROI, cost savings, compliance, taxation and benefits economics
Experience working alongside consulting firms during enterprise benefit evaluations
