Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end process of proposal and technical writing for various projects

Transform customer requirements and technical inputs into clear, professional documents

Ensure all proposals meet quality standards, internal deadlines, and compliance guidelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, and Technical SMEs

Support the development of Statements of Work and other contractual deliverables

Qualification

Proposal developmentMS Office proficiencyTechnical writingStatements of WorkWritten communicationTime management

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel

Experience supporting or creating Statements of Work in a professional services or IT environment

Strong written communication skills with attention to accuracy

Ability to manage multiple document requests and deadlines simultaneously
