They are seeking a Principal Business System Analyst to lead the functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion O2C modules, while also troubleshooting production issues and conducting user workshops.

Responsibilities

Fusion Implementations and Support experience

Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion O2C modules, including:

+ Accounts Receivable (AR)

+ Advanced Collections

+ Billing (Fusion Receivables/Subscription Billing)

+ Credit Management

+ Order Management (OM)

+ Customer Data Management (CDM)

Understand end-to-end O2C business processes including:

+ Customer creation & onboarding

+ Order booking, fulfillment, and invoicing

+ Credit checks, payment processing, and collections

+ Revenue flow impact and accounting

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes

Conduct user workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional documents (BRDs, MD50s)

Develop and support technical components such as:

+ FBDI/ADFDi templates and data loads

+ OTBI and BI Publisher reports

+ REST/SOAP API integrations

+ OIC integrations (mapping, orchestration, scheduling)

+ Fast Formulas and personalization/extensions (if needed)

Work with developers for custom solutions and code reviews

Perform end-to-end testing of functional–technical objects (SIT, UAT, regression)

Build automation scripts for recurring processes where applicable

Required

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 15 years of prior relevant experience; or Master's degree with 12 years; or PhD with 8 years
