Temporary Receptionist
Clarity Recruiting is looking for experienced support staff for their clients. The role involves providing reception and office assistance on a temporary basis, handling phone calls, maintaining office policies, and liaising with senior management.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Qualification
Required
1-2+ years experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant or has worked hospitality
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
