Responsibilities
Collaborate with various teams to architect and deliver robust data solutions
Extract valuable insights from complex datasets to drive business decisions
Design, develop, test, and maintain data pipelines, transformations as well as ML webservices, especially for intricate healthcare and financial datasets
Engineer and support high-quality ETL or ELT data pipelines using tools like Talend, Python, Java, SQL, and/or SAP DI or any other cloud data services
Integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring it's cleaned, standardized, and seamlessly loaded into both OLTP systems and data warehouses
Proactively identify, diagnose, and rectify any issues within production pipelines and integration tasks
Engage closely with reporting, analytics team members, as part of machine learning team to understand requirements, assist in testing, and address any operational challenges
Qualification
Required
Must have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field, by or within the 6 months preceding the start date of June 2026
Located in the greater San Diego area
Demonstrated knowledge of Python, Java, and SQL
Preferred
Are a new graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree
Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation
Are eager to learn, ask great questions, and work with others to solve problems
Willing to collaborate across the organization to drive XiFin's business forward
