Responsibilities

Guide and develop a team of engineers and interns, fostering professional growth and technical excellence
Oversee and manage structural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
Expand our structural project portfolio, strengthen client relationships, and drive creative solutions in bridge engineering
Partner with internal teams and public agencies (INDOT, counties, municipalities) to shape the future of Indiana’s infrastructure

Required

Bachelor's (or higher) in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural design
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana, and/or Ohio and Kentucky
At least 10 years of experience designing bridge and structural infrastructure projects
At least 5 years of leadership and project management experience, leading successful teams
Expertise in public sector design projects (INDOT, county, and municipal)
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality
