Responsibilities

Manage plumbing projects from bid award through completion
Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for plumbing scopes
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material procurement
Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
Communicate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
