Responsibilities

Leverage your technical background to address complex business and technical challenges
Develop both business and customer-facing acumen while working directly with team members to deliver impactful solutions
Provide day-to-day support and work closely with product and engineering teams, acting as a vital bridge between technical and customer-facing functions
Own the end-to-end delivery of complex solutions, such as design, implementation, quality assurance, and deployment for customers
Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Product, Engineering, and Sales, gaining a broad understanding of how different functions work together
Partner with members of the Post-Sales & Sales teams to help solve problems and drive business results
Understand how to prioritize features and solutions that will help win new business from startups to Fortune 10 companies
Become an expert in Persona’s platform products and future offerings, and directly inform Persona’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Serve as a technical advisor, helping craft solutions to business needs by leveraging the platform’s capabilities and industry best practices
Receive 1:1 mentorship directly from a member of the post-sales/sales team
Build relationships with Persona’s executives and develop the skills needed for a successful career in the tech industry

Required

1-3 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer)
A passion for learning and embracing new challenges
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer experiences
Ability to understand and manage the needs of others, and build an environment where others feel understood
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to different audiences
A demonstrated love for learning and adaptability to ambiguity, with eagerness to give and receive constructive and positive feedback
Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time for customer engagements
