Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care , with a focus on preventative medicine and chronic disease management
Work collaboratively with a team of physicians, APPs, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain a structured schedule – 30-minute visits for new patients, 15-minute follow-ups, allowing for thorough, high-quality care
Utilize telehealth services as needed , expanding accessibility and convenience for patients
Qualification
Required
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Experience in providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
Focus on preventative medicine and chronic disease management
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of physicians, APPs, and support staff
Experience in utilizing telehealth services
Ability to maintain a structured schedule with 30-minute visits for new patients and 15-minute follow-ups
