Responsibilities

Support Carrier Account Managers and Directors by identifying and sourcing qualified carriers for available freight opportunities

Assist in executing carrier compliance checks and vetting procedures

Maintain strong communication with carriers to ensure load visibility and timely tracking updates

Perform data entry, reporting, and carrier updates within the TMS

Assist with coverage of urgent, assigned shipments

Coordinate with internal operations, logistics, and tracking teams to resolve carrier-related issues

Proactively flag service issues, support escalation and issue resolution

Qualification

Required

previous sales or customer service experience desirable

Proven track record of successful customer support in a fast-paced environment

Clear and professional communication (verbal and written)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated, responsive, and adaptable under pressure

Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy

Collaborative team mindset with a problem-solving orientation
