Responsibilities
Drive change and employee engagement through effective communications
Use data to monitor counselors’ activity and trends to provide ongoing performance feedback for delivery of excellent customer experience
Demonstrate your business acumen and leadership
Coordinate and facilitate basic management approaches for work scheduling, prioritizing, and process execution for day-to-day work
Qualification
Required
University degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years working in a customer service environment
Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
Genuine passion for high-quality customer service — we care about our customers and it's important to us that you do too
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong teamworking skills
Expert knowledge of customer service satisfaction requirements
Willingness to learn and grow!
US Citizenship

Travel industry experience/contact center experience preferred
