Responsibilities

Manage the daily workflow of the team
Supervise, develop & motivate the team members
Ensure all deliverables and SLAs are being met
Drive teamwork in aiming for even distribution of workload
Uses specialized expertise to assist Traveler Experience teams by completing and ticketing reservations via multiple channels
Resolve errors in reservations to complete the booking processes
Will function as an SME with specific process or product knowledge and/or serve as the Traveler Experience point of contact for specific knowledge areas
Will serve as point of contact for first-level escalations for the team

Required

University or Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant work experience
Excellent travel industry knowledge
Expert in GDS and other booking tools used by CWT
Specialist skillset and/or subject matter expertise in more than one area
Demonstrate a pro-active and 'can do' solution-driven approach
Ability to communicate/interface with all levels of the organization – horizontally, vertically, cross-functionally, and globally
CWT accepts Military experience/certifications as a substitute for some requirements
Must be a US Citizen
Subject to a company and government background investigation including a criminal history and credit record review

Preferred

Contact center experience preferred
Travel industry experience preferred
