Responsibilities

Own and administer testing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps); drive adoption, training, and enhancements
Lead QA workstreams across all phases—planning, execution, reporting, and risk management. Own defect management processes and drive cycle to completion
Manage Test Analysts and ensure timely, standards-based test script delivery and execution
Enforce testing standards and identify process improvements for continuous optimization
Maintain accurate documentation and support status, KPI, and program-level reporting
Ensure compliance with intake, change, and governance processes; maintain audit-ready records
Work closely with PMO & Workstream Leads and plan deployment for roll-outs
Collaborate with project leads, stakeholders, and leadership to align global testing efforts
Oversee defect management across all test phases
Communicate clearly and professionally across all formats; develop structured documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate and simplify complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
8-12 years of relevant experience in ERP projects. Experience on SAP projects is required
5+ years of experience as a Testing Lead in large scale business transformation initiatives (SAP S4 HANA conversions, SAP upgrades, etc)
Experience on S/4 HANA greenfield or brownfield project is required
Prior experience with Tricentis Tosca is required
Strong understanding of Quality Management processes, project management life cycle and risk assessment processes
Experience with test automation tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Tricentis certification
SAP certification on Activate Methodology
Previous experience with S4 HANA Deployments
