Responsibilities

Create projects in the company’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) system, ensuring projects and updates align with contracts
Support Project Manager and Customer by updating and maintaining project task structure
Assign and schedule resources for tasks
Enter time into customer systems as needed
Assist with accurate project time recording, time approval, customer status reporting, and customer invoicing
Perform actual vs. budget analysis and notify Sales/Service Lead of discrepancies
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Track change requests and communicate impact to internal leadership and customers
Assist Project Manager with Customer and Stakeholder Communication
Maintain status reports on progress, budget, scope, and timeline

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems – hands-on use for project planning, resource scheduling, and time tracking
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or project administration – managing timelines, resources, and deliverables
Knowledge of project management principles (Work Breakdown Structure, scheduling, risk management)
Strong written and verbal communication skills – the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders professionally
Analytical and financial tracking skills – experience performing budget vs. actual analysis and reporting discrepancies
Attention to detail and organizational skills – proven ability to maintain accurate documentation and prioritize multiple tasks
Legal authorization to work in the country of employment – without sponsorship

Preferred

Industry experience – consulting or technology services environment
Financial process knowledge – invoicing and cost control exposure
Change management experience – supporting and communicating project changes
Professional certifications – PMP, CAPM, or equivalent
Advanced Excel skills – for reporting and analysis
