Responsibilities
Drive projects to provide portfolio-wide perspectives on topics involving molecule throughput, informatics, innovation, risk, R&D productivity, and other challenging questions
Provide insights into the portfolio for senior leaders to guide long-term planning
Ensure excellent portfolio management by placing individual decisions into the context of the broader pipeline
Develop novel ways of visualizing and communicating our extensive portfolio
Framing and assessing clinical development options
Decision analysis and recommendations
Risk assessment
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a PhD (enrolled student)
Required Majors: Science, Engineering and/or Business (including but not limited to: Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Neuroscience, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science)
Preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
