Manage and track Capital Acquisition Requests (CARs) and related financial approvals

Oversee execution of project portfolio activities across multiple projects

Utilize Planisware for project and financial tracking; maintain accurate reporting to leadership

Coordinate with platform leads and strategic operations teams to ensure timely completion of financial tasks

Serve as administrative facilitator focus on execution and reporting, not strategic decision-making

Follow up with stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain project timelines
