Responsibilities

Process purchase and reimbursement requests received through a shared email inbox and upload documentation
Perform financial transactions in KFS and assist with routine fiscal processing
Staff the school’s delivery room, coordinating receipt and pickup of purchased items
Interact regularly with Finance Assistants, fiscal officers, faculty, staff, students, and delivery personnel

Required

General office or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems

Preferred

Experience with reimbursements, purchasing, or financial processing
Familiarity with KFS or similar financial systems
Experience working in an academic or shared services environment
