Responsibilities

Ensure all SSOP and Quality Programs are being followed correctly and being completed

Establish and maintain good working relationship with U.S.D.A

Provide a resource to operations and sanitation personnel

Complete all records pertaining to Quality Assurance SSOP Program

Perform clerical functions for Quality Assurance (filing, making copies, etc

Monitor and check freezer/cooler storage areas

Monitor plant AQL levels

Monitor and enforce MTP’s GMP and Safety policies

Conduct time studies

Cost savings initiatives Process analysis and efficiency studies

Perform other duties as assigned

Must be able to wear all necessary Personal Protective Wear required while performing role: Protective Eye Wear, ear Plugs, hard Hat/Bump Cap, hair Net White Coat (Clothing Protector) Gloves (Plastic/Cotton) Plastic Apron and all other required PPE'S

Must be able to physically perform the essential functions of the role as outlined

Must be able to twist, bend, reach, and stand/walk for 8 hours or the duration of the shift, in a wet cold environment

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
