Skysoft Inc is a leading financial client seeking a Senior Camunda Architect to join their team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing Camunda BPM workflows and process automation solutions, while collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective BPM solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Camunda BPM workflows and process automation solutions
Integrate Camunda with Java-based microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise applications
Optimize and enhance workflow automation processes to improve system efficiency
Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into BPM solutions
Develop and maintain Camunda Decision Models (DMN), Business Process Models (BPMN), and Case Management Models (CMMN)
Ensure best practices for Camunda configuration, performance tuning, and security
Troubleshoot and resolve Camunda-related production issues, ensuring system stability
Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration and containerized deployments
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers

Required

12+ years of BPM experience with a strong focus on Camunda BPM development
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture
Expertise in Camunda BPMN, DMN, and CMMN models
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with Camunda Cockpit, Tasklist, and Admin tools
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and performance tuning
Ability to work in an agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience in the banking or financial domain
Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
