Responsibilities

Handle projects ranging from $1M to $40M, with typical projects in the $8M–$12M range

Bid on heavy commercial and industrial projects, including life sciences, power plants, and government/public/private work (50/50 split)

Required

3–5 years of experience in mechanical and/or plumbing estimating

Ability to perform take-offs and liaise with subcontractors

Driven, team-oriented personality with a sense of fun and collaboration

Preferred

Background with mechanical or plumbing subcontractors preferred
