Responsibilities
Lead SAP ERP implementation activities from planning through go-live
Own and execute cut-over planning from legacy systems to SAP
Coordinate test strategy and readiness across teams
Provide structure, pace, and clarity in a dynamic transformation program
Guide cross-functional teams while managing senior stakeholder expectations
Support a local onsite presence (3–4 days/week) in a manufacturing environment
Qualification
Required
Proven track record delivering SAP ERP projects (ECC or S/4HANA)
Expertise in cut-over execution and testing coordination
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors
Experience working in or alongside consulting/professional services
Based in Southern California or open to relocating for onsite work
