The ideal candidate will oversee real estate closings, review title abstracts, and assist in generating new business while servicing existing clients.

Overseeing residential and/or commercial real estate closings

Reviewing title abstracts

Assisting processors in coordinating and working directly with all parties as needed

Conducting continuing education classes

Attending marketing events

Working to generate new business

Servicing current clientele

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in Maryland, Virginia or the District of Columbia

2+ years of experience in real estate settlements preferred (will consider strong entry-level candidates with relevant internship or clerkship experience)

Knowledge of contracts, title insurance, RESPA, and other real estate regulations

Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills

Ability to handle multiple closings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
