INTERNAL POSTING: Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) Senior Analyst
The South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce is focused on enhancing the state's workforce by connecting jobseekers with career opportunities. The RESEA Senior Analyst will oversee staff activities to ensure quality customer service and compliance, while also providing technical support and training to RESEA staff.
Government Relations
Responsibilities
Plan, organize and monitor staff activities to ensure high quality customer service, continuous process improvement, and compliance with program requirements
Assist with implementation of alternative interventions and service delivery strategies as needed
Utilize RESEA appointment scorecards to provide Technical Support, assistance, coaching, and training to RESEA staff
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree and relevant training and experience, or any combination of education, training, and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the position
Preferred
Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to Unemployment Insurance and the administration of the RESEA Program
Ability to exercise judgment and discretion
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and in written and oral form
