Required

4-7 years of experience at a law firm

Strong track record handling all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling and claim assessment through discovery and trial

Experience in drafting pleadings

Experience in taking and defending depositions

Experience in motion practice

Experience in trial preparation

Focus on intellectual property litigation relating to trademark, copyright, trade secrets and patent disputes

Strong federal court commercial litigation background (if applicable)

Strong research and writing skills

Strong analytical ability

Ability to thrive in highly collaborative, global team environments

Top academic credentials

Admitted to, able to waive into, or a member in good standing of the NY or IL Bar
